Microlog MX44 รุ่นสูงสุดที่ส่งมอบนี้มีคุณสมบัติต่าง ๆ ครบถ้วนสำหรับการตรวจสอบสภาพเครื่องจักรหน้างานแบบ non-route ตั้งแต่การวัดค่าความสั่นสะเทือนของเครื่องจักรในทุกรูปแบบ การเปรียบเทียบกับมาตรฐาน ISO จากในเครื่องเลย การเก็บข้อมูลในรูปเสียง และการถ่วงสมดุลย์หน้างาน (field balancing) เป็นต้น

นอกเหนือจากนี้ ในปี 2548 บริษัทฯ ยังเป็นผู้จัดหาเครื่องมือชุดสำหรับการตรวจสอบสภาพเครื่องจักรหน้างานให้แก่ สำนักงานทะเบียนเครื่องจักร กลาง กรมโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม เช่นเดียวกัน ซึ่งประกอบด้วยเครื่องมือตรวจสอบความสั่นสะเทือนอย่างรวดเร็วหน้างาน (MCD และหากปากกาวัดความสั่นสะเทือน) เครื่องมือตรวจสอบรอบรั่วในท่อต่าง ๆ (leak detector) และเครื่องมือตรวจสอบสภาพความสั่นสะเทือนรุ่นเล็กที่ทำงานบนคอมพิวเตอร์มือถือ (Microvibe P)

Hung Seng Huat + SKF equipped DIW with condition monitoring technologies

In June 2006, jointly with SKF Thailand, we delivered a complete set of SKF condition monitoring equipment to The Department of Industrial Works, Ministry of Industry. The equipment set consists of a top - of - the - line Microlog MX44, a Microvibe, a basic condition monitoring kit and a Machine Condition Detector (MCD), complete with 5 days training ranging from basic bearing knowledge, bearing failure analysis, introduction to vibration analysis to continuous on - site coaching to 12 DIW personnels. This set of equipment is destined for Machine Capitalization Project of the government.
